國民黨歡迎美方訪問團來台
針對美國前參議員陶德（Chris Dodd）、前副國務卿阿米塔吉（Richard Armitage）與前副國務卿史坦伯格（James Steinberg）訪問台灣，中國國民黨表示歡迎。
國民黨表示，今年是美國「台灣關係法」立法42週年，拜登政府派遣非官方訪問團來台，象徵長期以來美國仍在「台灣關係法」架構下，支持台灣人民與美國人民之間的交流，繼續協助台灣自我防衛，和平處理台海問題。
國民黨重視並感謝美國拜登政府、國會與民間友人對於台灣的協助與支持。國民黨也強調，希望在務實與互惠的基礎上，中華民國與美國關係能先在非官方基礎上彈性交往、穩定提升，增進彼此的共同利益。
The Kuomintang welcomes the delegation of the United States to Taiwan
The KMT welcomes the visit of former US Senator Chris Dodd, former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, and former Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg to Taiwan.
The KMT indicates that this year is the 42nd anniversary of the legislation of the Taiwan Relations Act. The unofficial delegation of the Biden Administration represents the United States’ support for the civil exchanges between Taiwanese and Americans, the continuous assistance on self-defense, and the launch of peaceful solutions to Taiwan-strait issues under the framework of the Taiwan Relations Act.
The KMT appreciates the Biden Administration, the Congress, and nongovernmental assistance and support. Based on the flexibility of the unofficial relationship between the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the United States, the KMT believes that the relationship may enhance mutual interests based on pragmatism and reciprocity.
