民進黨黨證無敵？蔡英文欠國人交代！
針對民進黨台北市黨部評委召集人趙映光之子趙介佑涉及販毒、詐欺遭台北地檢署聲押，中國國民黨指出，趙介佑是民進黨員，更曾是民進黨台北市黨部的黨代表，還曾是蔡英文總統台北市競選總部的顧問，但卻長年混幫派無惡不作，被媒體評價為「地方治安毒瘤」，其父親與內政部長徐國勇及國策顧問黃承國的背景與關係也被各方放大檢視。國民黨強調，此案暴露出綠營「政二代」行事囂張、無法無天的現狀，民進黨還想輕描淡寫的過關？難道身兼黨主席的蔡英文總統不用給國人交代？
國民黨指出，趙介佑涉嫌販毒，外傳住處被搜後，還向北投分局興師問罪。更有網路上爆料，趙介佑還能在友人被借提時跑到分局跟友人會面；一個不到30歲的民進黨員如此神通廣大，行事囂張，背後依靠的特權勢力為何？難道與其民進黨背景、父親與姑姑皆為民進黨台北市黨務高層無關？社會大眾自有公評！
國民黨強調，趙介佑父親趙映光是民進黨台北市黨部第11至17屆的執行委員，曾擔任過代理黨部主委；趙介佑的姑姑是民進黨台北市黨部執行長趙心瑜；另媒體報導，趙介佑曾是民進黨台北市黨部的黨代表，還曾在蔡英文總統選舉期間擔任台北市競選總部的顧問，並曾在臉書上炫耀蔡英文頒發的顧問證書，一家都是民進黨黨員並任要職；事發後，民進黨台北市黨部輕描淡寫說會予以處分，綠營全面淡化處理，絲毫看不出反省與道歉的誠意。內政部長徐國勇昔日與趙介佑熱情合照，如今則跳出來撇清不認識，還說販毒令人「憤怒痛恨」，切割速度之快，令人嘆為觀止。
媒體報導則指稱，趙介佑在北投地區早已「前科累累」，身為黑幫成員，聚眾傷人、恐嚇、暴力討債樣樣來，是「貨真價實的地方治安毒瘤」。趙介佑早在2019年12月即因強盜擄人勒贖等案件曾遭收押；去年還協同幫派成員押人凌虐拘禁，遭判刑2年4月，先前這些違法劣行，未被媒體批露,民進黨台北市黨部就無視,更沒任何懲處?請問民進黨這是不是縱容黨員的非法行為?
去年民進黨北市主委選舉即有候選人傳出黑道爭議，這次趙介佑又涉及販毒,詐欺還濫用特權，民進黨黨員染黑又染毒,身為黨主席的蔡英文還要坐視不管嗎?蔡英文曾說反毒是政府的第一要務，國民黨呼籲蔡總統兼黨主席「掃毒從自家黨員做起」，先好好清除民進黨內部的毒犯吧！
DPP Party Membership Unequaled? Tsai Ing-wen Owes the People an Explanation!
The Taipei District Prosecutors Office issued an arrest warrant for Chao Chieh-yu, the son of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Taipei Chapter Review Committee Convener Chao Ying-kuang, for involvement in narcotics trafficking and fraud. In response to this warrant, the Kuomintang (KMT) points out that Chao Chieh-yu is not only a member of the DPP, but is also a party representative of the DPP Taipei Chapter and was an adviser to President Tsai Ing-wen’s Taipei campaign headquarters. And yet, Chao frequently fraternized with gangs and indiscriminately committed crimes, earning the nickname “a cancer upon local law and order” from the media. Furthermore, his father’s past dealings and relationships with Minister of the Interior Hsu Kuo-yung and national policy adviser Huang Cheng-kuo have been put under the public scrutiny. The KMT emphasizes that this legal case exposes the rampant and out of control conduct of princelings within the Pan-Green Coalition, and yet the DPP still wants make light of this situation and gloss over it? Does President Tsai Ing-wen, who is also DPP Chair, truly not have to account for this?
The KMT points out that although Chao Chieh-yu is suspected of trafficking narcotics, rumor has it that he still violently criticized the Beitou Police Station after it searched his residence. Even more explosively, the internet is full of incendiary allegations that when Chao Chieh-yu’s friend was subpoenaed, Chao rushed to the police station where his friend was being held and met with him. If this DPP member, who isn’t even thirty years old, has such great influence and acts in such an unbridled manner, why does he rely on underhanded privilege and power? Could this truly be completely unrelated to the fact that his father and aunt are both high level officials in the DPP Taipei Chapter? The public has some reservations!
The KMT further emphasizes that Chao Chieh-yu’s father Chao Ying-kuang had long been an executive board member of the DPP Taipei Chapters. He has also served as acting party committee chair. Chao Chieh-yu’s aunt is DPP Taipei Chapter chief executive Chao Hsin-yu. According to media reports, Chao Chieh-yu was once DPP Taipei Chapter Party Representative. Furthermore, he also once assumed the position of consultant at the Taipei City election general headquarters when Tsai Ing-wen was running for president; he even flaunted his consultant credentials, issued by Tsai Ing-wen, on Facebook. His entire family is comprised of DPP party members in key positions. After the arrest warrant incident, the DPP Taipei City Chapter played the incident down, saying that it would impose punishments; the pro-DPP media outlets similarly handled the matter by watering it down. Any sort of good faith in the form of self-reflection or apology is imperceptible. Minister of the Interior Hsu Kuo-yung and Chao Chieh-yu have cordially posed for photographs before; nowadays, Hsu has popped up to deny any sort of relationship. He even said that narcotics trafficking makes him “angry and offended.” The speed with which he cut ties truly astonishes.
The media then reported that Chao Chieh-yu has long had “innumerable criminal convictions” in the Beitou District. As a gang member, he has gathered groups to beat people, made threats, violently collected on debts, and taken part in other similar criminal activities. He is “genuinely a cancer upon local law and order.” As early as December 2019, Chao Chieh-yu was detained for robbery, kidnapping, and other crimes. Last year, he even cooperated with gang members to oppress people via tyranny and detention; he was sentenced to prison for two years and four months. This illegal, low-class conduct was not published by the media, and the DPP Taipei Chapter simply ignored it. How could there be such a complete lack of any sort of punishment whatsoever? To the DPP: is this not indulging in the illegal conduct of party members?
Last year, there was one candidate for the DPP Taipei Chapter Chairperson election who caused gang-affiliation controversy. This time, Chao Chieh-yu is also involved in the drug trade, even going as far as fraudulently abusing his privileged position. DPP members are both sullied and contaminated; will Tsai Ing-wen, as party chairwoman, continue to turn a blind eye? Tsai Ing-wen once said that fighting drugs is the government’s No. 1 priority; the KMT calls upon President and DPP Chairwoman Tsai to “begin the task of clearing away drugs from her own party members” and first properly eliminate the drug offenders from within the DPP!
