綠色認知作戰 槍口正對台灣人民！
中國國民黨文傳會主委王育敏、副主委鄭照新今（25）日上午召開記者會指出，民進黨網路社群中心副主任楊敏的先生林瑋豐，長期在PTT造謠「指揮中心蓋牌」、留言「打垮指揮中心」並吹捧中共，然後再轉戰其他平台自己批評自己。政府一再強調所謂認知作戰的危險，事實證明所謂認知作戰根本是民進黨自導自演，國民黨給予嚴厲譴責！原來撕裂台灣社會、破壞全民團結的元兇就是執政黨！國民黨除了呼籲檢調徹查，更呼籲民進黨主席蔡英文好好給國人一個交代！
國民黨並宣布，從今天開始將結合黨團及民意代表成立「打假訊息反認知作戰中心」，未來當發現有類似假訊息時，會立刻向社會大眾公布，同時也將向相關單位進行告發，讓這類混亂社會秩序、破壞台灣團結的作法無所遁形！
國民黨指出，YouTube頻道眼球中央電視台寫手林瑋豐，日前在臉書質疑PTT八卦版帶防疫資訊平台「疾管家」風向，更點名「深藍韓粉群組直接在這裡上演」。但後續有網友查出林瑋豐以PTT帳號「bj26bj」長期、大量在八卦版批評衛福部長陳時中及台灣防疫，甚至大力吹捧中共。
民進黨立委王定宇還引用林瑋豐的貼文指稱，對岸認知作戰攻擊「疾管家」，影響防疫安全和國家安全，要求相關單位嚴查，王定宇還說，對這些人「可以依照2019新修訂的國安法，最重可罰七年以上有期徒刑，併科罰金最高一億！」
國民黨質疑，民進黨網軍「自製親共言論」，再大張旗鼓的宣傳認知作戰，自產自消芒果乾，認知作戰的槍口對準台灣人民。林瑋豐的太太就是民進黨網路社群中心副主任楊敏，證實綠營網軍夫妻聯手、自導自演認知作戰帶風向、欺騙社會大眾！
國民黨抨擊，民進黨是中華民國執政黨，在疫情如此嚴峻的此刻，全民積極配合防疫，民進黨卻發動匿名網軍製造恐慌言論，再大肆宣傳認知作戰，相信全民都無法接受！過去民進黨用網軍帶風向劣跡斑斑，如今演變成「做賊的是民進黨、抓賊的也是民進黨」，一人分飾多角。國民黨除了由台北市議員徐巧芯向調查局提出檢舉，要求徹查並嚴辦此等危害國家安全與社會團結的行為，同時要求民進黨立委王定宇出來說明，此等認知作戰行為是否應如你所言重罰一億？
此外，國民黨要請問蔡英文主席，認知作戰是你發起的嗎？喊團結的是民進黨，破壞團結的也是民進黨，請蔡英文主席給全民一個交代！
The DPP’s Cognitive Warfare is Muzzling the People of Taiwan!
The Kuomintang (KMT) held a press conference this morning and pointed out that Lin Wei-feng (林瑋豐), the husband of Yang Min (楊敏), deputy director of the Democratic Progressive Party’s (DPP) Internet Community Center, has long used locally popular website PTT to spread rumors about the "Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC)", posting messages to "take out the CECC’’ and touting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and then moving on to other platforms to criticize himself. The government has repeatedly emphasized the danger of this so-called cognitive warfare. Facts have proven that this so-called cognitive warfare is basically self-directed and performed by the DPP, and the Kuomintang has severely condemned it! It turns out that the ruling party is the culprit tearing Taiwanese society apart and undermining the unity of the people! In addition to calling for a thorough investigation, the KMT also called on the chairman of the DPP, Tsai Ing-wen, to give the people an explanation!
The KMT also announced that starting today, it will combine the party group and representatives of the public to establish a "counterfeit information and anti-cognition warfare center". In the future, when similar misinformation is discovered, it will be announced to the public immediately, and it will also be reported to relevant governmental agencies so that the chaos within social order and the destruction of Taiwan’s solidarity won’t happen again!
The Kuomintang pointed out that the YouTube channel ‘’Eyeball Central TV’’ writer Lin Wei-feng recently questioned the discussion on the PTT gossip board about the pandemic prevention information leading public opinion against the Disease Prevention House Keeper, an app that helps people to keep up with Covid information, on Facebook, and accused Han Kuo-yu’s (韓國瑜) fan groups of orchestrating the chaos. However, some netizens later found out that Lin Wei-feng used the PTT account "bj26bj" to criticize the Minister of Health and Welfare Chen Shih-chung (陳時中) and Taiwan's pandemic prevention on various gossip websites, and even vigorously lauded the CCP.
DPP legislator Wang Ting-yu (王定宇) also quoted Lin Wei-feng’s post alleging that onshore cognitive combat attacks on the Disease Prevention House Keeper affect pandemic prevention and national security, requiring relevant government agencies to conduct strict investigations. Wang Ting-yu also said that these people "can be sentenced to up to seven years in prison in accordance with the newly revised National Security Law of 2019, and meted out a fine of up to NT$100 million."
The KMT pointed that the DPP’s cyber army "made up pro-communist speech," and then used publicity and awareness campaigns with great fanfare, and aimed their guns at the people of Taiwan. Lin Wei-feng and his wife teamed up to guide and perform cognitive warfare and deceive the public!
The KMT criticized that the DPP is the ruling party of the Republic of China, but at this moment when the country is suffering from a severe COVID-19 pandemic, the people are actively cooperating with the prevention measures, while the Democratic Progressive Party has launched an anonymous cyber army to spread panic, and publicizes cognitive warfare, which is unacceptable to the people! This is not the first time the DPP used its cyber army to mislead the public. Now the DPP has evolved into "the DPP is the thief, and the DPP is the one who catches the thief’’. In addition to Taipei City Councilmember Hsu Chiao-Hsin (徐巧芯) submitting a report to the Bureau of Investigation, asking for a thorough investigation and strict handling of such acts that endanger national security and social unity, the KMT also asked DPP legislator Wang Ting-yu to explain whether these cognitive combat activities should carry heavy fines of NT$100 million as he mentioned.
In addition, the KMT would like to ask Chairman Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) whether she initiated the cognitive warfare. It is the DPP that calls for unity, but it is also the DPP that undermines any unity. Chairman Tsai Ing-wen should give the people of Taiwan an explanation!
