News Release  KMT Poses Four Questions for Tsai Ing-wen  KMT Cultural and Communications Committee  November 1, 2011  In a press conference on October 31, KMT spokesperson Lai Su-ju posed four questions for DPP Presidential candidate Tsai Ing-wen: 1) Do you believe that the Republic of China (ROC) is a government in exile or that the ROC is an independent sovereign state? 2) Do you believe that ECFA is sugar-coated poison or do you accept the ECFA completely? 3) Do you support a dichotomy of communal conflict or true communal integration? 4) Do you support establishing a peaceful and stable cross-Strait interaction framework even if it fails to pass in a plebiscite or do you support a cross-Strait peace agreement only if it first passes in a plebiscite?
